We are mindful that families often don’t have much time when organising a funeral, so it is our priority to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.

Fast Same Day Dispatch Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Time Sensitive Order? If your order is time sensitive we recommend selecting the DPD Next Working Day courier option for UK orders, and the DHL Express courier option for international orders, as these are the fastest delivery services that we offer.

If you would like to return an item, we offer a no fuss returns policy. Simply return the unused item to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund or exchange it as you wish. Return postage is paid by the customer unless an item is damaged or faulty, and we strongly recommend using a tracked postal service when you send the goods back to us.
