    DHAR W. 1 year ago The service might be slow.. but my item never lost or broken.. thats a good thing.. i acknowledge they had very limited staf on certain areas.. and the branch is one and only in perlis.. so they need to cover the whole perlis with few staf.. thank you citylink

    Please let updates us the status, cause I’m checking your website for status as above shipment tracking no. since 21/06/2021 [ick up and that parcels until today shown “Departed City-Link origin facility [DATARAN CITY-LINK EXPRESS, MALAYSIA]”. Pls explain as the items are MEDICAL PRODUCT which need use during Operation case tomorrow morning. Hope someone can help me to advise good status by today morning (23/06/2021 before 10:00am)

    Joo Guan O. 1 year ago Very bad service I had experienced, the parcel already arrive the kangar city link at 7 July 21 morning till today the parcel not yet deliver. Call the customer service centre at 8 July and they claim parcel need sanitizer before delivery. Find for me to wait but already 9 July still not yet attempt to deliver, are they going to put my parcel in washing machine to sanitize and dry it under the sun and deliver to me later?

    Lyanna N. 1 year ago My parcel have arrived at the Kangar from 28 June but until today they never delivery my parcel yet…on Saturday you guys open but from 8.30 am until 1.30 pm only.. What la u guys doing ayaaa!! Very bad service

    Aiman S. 1 year ago still waiting for my parcel almost a week. my parcel has arrived at city-link station almost a week and i kept tracking for past 2 days until now my parcel still doesnt have any movement. please improve your service and make it helpful to each other.

    Ham Ping R. 1 year ago Parcel not reaching in one month, and the phone cannot be reached for few days. What such a bad service, don’t use citylink if you are in Kangar or Kangar area.

    Hanis N. 1 year ago Bad experience with this courier on all 3 occasions. Lazy dispatchers. Wont attempt delivery, but will just contact receiver to pick up parcels from their office. Please choose other courier services.

    Lee K. 1 year ago All the other reviews say it all. Simply the worst courier in the area. Experienced 2 times where they failed to deliver and simply updated the status to “Delivery attempt was unsuccessful”, regardless I’m home or not, without even a call.
    What’s even worse? All these negative reviews on Google don’t mean anything to the management.

    estoy l. 1 year ago Havent received my parcel after it reach my city sorting center for more than a week. Call the cut service to courier it but the next day but still didnt receive any. Really poor service.

    Azida D. 1 year ago I dont think this courier service should be granted any star. The service is very bad considering among the earliest in Perlis. Experienced 3 bad services with this courier. Hope the management can take actions regarding the reviews written here. All are negative feedbacks. So, do something. My package from Sungai Petani on 27 Oct until today 1 Nov has yet to reach me. I just hope they are still intact. Imagine if the package contain medication which is badly needed. What do you people expect us to? Go and collect? Which I did for my previous 2 packages since I needed them badly. People pay for your service and expect to receive asap. And talking about phone calls, no need to call. You people will never pick up the calls. I would like to suggest that you close Kangar Branch. Dont tell me the despatchers are infected by C19 because before the existence of C19 also, the same thing occur. During harum manis season, you all claim you cannot deliver due to too many packages of harum manis to handle. Then, close your shop peeps.

    Shazwani K. 1 year ago No star should be be given. My parcel arrived there since 18.10.2021. Now already 26.10.2021. No attempt and no effort at all to deliver the parcel until today! The worst experience with courier company I’ve ever had!
