Delivery from Citylink is unpredictable. Call to confirm delivery to home address but no show. Despatch pretended to come next day but did not. Even delivery to bank branch did not happen. After a week, best to collect from local branch.

Parcel has been in transit status for 2 weeks! Call the branch no one answers. Call City-Link HQ PIC also cannot get in touch with the branch. Its ridiculous. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

Called hq number damansara utama.no one pick up. I went to office to confirm number its correct. I called again. Receptionist said phone was at the back. When i call, cant hear any ringing also. Ive informed her but seems to not care so much. Can update this concern citylink?

14th February. Still waiting my package. Arrive at Dataran Citylink on 8th February. I dont know what happen. Call customer service. She didnt sure the branch open as usual or not. Give me the branch number no dial tone at all.

Manager very friendly, responsible & superb. I have urgent shipment from kemaman sent to Ara Damansara before 11am.call cs & the staff give manager contact number. Call manager Encik azmi & he’s arrange the staff. Then Our client call and tell me the shipment have been received aorund 10am. Walaweh. Good job Encik azmi & good job citylink staff. Excellent service

It was my first time walking into citylink damansara utama. Assistant was not helpful and had an attitude. I’ve had good experiences with citylink before but not this outlet.

DON’T WASTE MONEY USING CITYLINK!

Shipping from Shah Alam to Kelana Jaya.shipped 20. Oct. 2020 and still not received – today is 24. Oct. 2020.

On 21. Oct. 2020: courier Mohd Azmi Abdull Aziz (PJ) updated their system claiming that “receiver requested later delivery” – this is a lie and no such request was made!

On 22. Oct. 2020, called and complained to “Tarish”, but no delivery attempted was made.

On 23. Oct. 2020, courier Amer Izzuan Mustafa Al Bakri updated their system claiming that “receiver requested later delivery” – again this is a lie and no such request was made, ever!

On 24. Oct. 2020, called “Punita” and still more excuses and no delivery updates. “Punita” refuses to even provide the name of her supervisor, claiming that no supervisor worked on Saturday.

Finally spoke to “Ida” or “Azlida” who claimed to be a supervisor. She then said “Zarul” will call back to schedule delivery.

Scheduled delivery on 24.10.20 before 12.00pm, but nothing. Called back customer service to and spoke to “Zarul”, this time he said the branch will contact.

Damansara Utama called back at approx. 1.06pm and said delivery by 3.00pm on 24.10.20. Also request to speak to the manager to lodge complaint but manager not available, and was told he would call back.

After 3.00pm called back the number since package not delivered but customer service is “Closed”.

Updated: A RUDE delivery rider (AJP2757), who refused to get off his motorcycle, and kept blaring his horn, finally delivered the package at approx 3.23pm.

Two words – TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! I stay in a condo. Firstly, not even sure if the delivery guy came to my unit. Maybe he just came to the guard house and then ask the non-delivery card be inserted into my mail-box. Usually courier companies leave the non-delivery card at you unit. The card has no information whatsoever of the days & hours of operation. I went to the Damansara Uptown branch and there was no sign of that either. Had to ask the restaurant next door what time they opened! On Monday before going to collect, called three times – nobody answered. Went there and at 9: 08am, the shuttles were still shut – with one side half opened. Went in anyway and there were no one at the counter. Peeped into the back and there was a bunch of ladies having their breakfast and chit-chatting! Its like the customer had intruded into their breakfast and fellowship time. Got my parcel at the end but the attitude of the ladies were LAZY and RUDE. My experience? As in the beginning, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!

Terrible service. Delivery boy came but didn’t come up my condo. Said I wasn’t at home. Guard told me that they want to let him up but he says no need. He will call me. No calls and no one rang the doorbell. I took half day leave to wait for him at home. But he just drop of the note says No one at home. While I’m at home waiting! Is there a way to formally complain and make them pay for all my Inconveniences?

Service sucks! Delivery guy came and left a card, no handphone number given. I called the office in Damansara Uptown, they refer me to Putra Perdana or sounds similar and a lady picked up the call and put me through to the person in charge who refuses to answer my query asking me to call back at 1pm. And my call was at 12: 57pm! Thumbs down!
