Dear sir/madam,

Ref to consignmt note : [protected], I have sent on 07/04/22 (Thur) but they failed to delivery as your del takes at least 1-2 working day. The parcel should be sent latest by Saturday but they didnt.

I have called your customer service [protected] on 09/04/20 9.20am, a guy said they will delivery on that day. But the receiver called me at 1.00pm saying that he has not received the parcel yet. I saw the movement tracking shown : “Receiver location closed” BUT no the shop is not closed at all.

Then I called again at 1.30pm, a girl called Amira said that she will checked and called me back. Unfortunatey again, she didn’t called me. I called again to your cust service, the same guy picked saying that they are half day working, the del will be on Mon. I very disappointed with your poor & slow delivery service with unreasonable shortage of staff. This is your business, u should handle the ur managment, If ur co cant handle it, pls tell cust that you cannot received the order. I sent via courier because I expected thw goods arrived ontime.
