There are plenty of family films from the mid-2000s that we can look back on with pure nostalgia and, for many, Night At the Museum is high above the list. Now, we have Night At The Museum: Kahmunrah Rises Again to enjoy, which offers a twist on what we’ve grown to expect from the franchise. The original movie was directed by Shawn Levy and won over audiences young and old. A sequel – Night At The Museum: Battle Of The Smithsonian – arrived in 2009 and a third installment – subtitled Secret Of The Tomb – released in 2014.
We haven’t seen a live-action installment of the franchise since then but it has been resurrected with an animated movie, which arrived on Disney+ on Friday, December 9th 2022.
Directed by Matt Danner, it serves as a sequel to the aforementioned Secret Of The Tomb but there has been a switch up to the cast, with actors from the original trilogy not returning to reprise their roles.
This time around, we follow Nick Daley, who is the son of Ben Stiller’s Larry from the trilogy. He’s the new night guard at the Museum of Natural History. Nevertheless, familiar characters return. Let’s dive into the cast of Night At The Museum: Kahmunrah Rises Again.
