Per University Policy #8080, Campus Mail Services is responsible for mail sent by departments on campus. Bronco Express is not affiliated with
Campus Mail Services.

ABOUT BRONCO EXPRESS

Bronco Express is a shipping center located next to the Bronco Shop in the Student Union Building. Express serves as a shipping resource for students, staff, faculty, and the
general public, and offers domestic shipping with USPS, FedEx, and UPS, and international shipping via USPS. We also offer shipping supplies like boxes, foam wrap, stamps,
and packing tape.

Shipping rates are determined by the weight, dimensions, and destination of your parcel. As shipping rates are subject to change and fluctuate, we are unable to give exact quotes
on shipping pricing until you bring the parcel in to ship out.

Tracking is provided via email on all UPS shipments, and is provided on most USPS parcels. Tracking is not provided for letters sent with stamps via USPS.

Express offers international shipping via USPS and UPS. Be sure to know the monetary value and country of origin of any items you are shipping out, as these are needed for
Customs Declarations. You are required to have a phone number for the recipient for International Shipments.

As a department of the Bronco Shop, Express also serves as an online order fulfillment center and pickup location for orders placed on our website. Orders typically take one
to two business days to be ready for shipment or to be picked up.
