I booked the VIP bus cause I thought I’ll get a big chair for myself just like showed in the picture, so I can relax and sleep a bit after a long journey from Sapa to Hanoi. Instead I got a middle sit in the back of the bus between 2 other people and those chairs you can’t lean back. I could already book the “normal” bus for cheaper price if I knew it will be like this.

Reliable, professional, and friendly! Really made our trip and would definitely recommend booking with them. We used them both to and from Cat Ba from Hanoi. In Hanoi they were a bit late to pick us up and I started to worry that they wouldn’t show up but we were staying at a hostel in the Old Quarter on a very narrow street and it turned out the bus got stuck in traffic and then couldn’t find a route to get to us, so they sent a guy on a motorbike to pick us up and lead us to the bus which was waiting a couple blocks away! They apologized profusely for the delay. They also offer free snacks and water and some great advice on what to do on the island.
