BMW Motorrad Director visits and works with THACO

Timo Resch, Head – Sales and Marketing of BMW Motorrad and Miguel.Llabres-Pohl, Director of BMW Motorrad Asia joined the delegation. Welcoming the guests were THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong together with some others in THACO’s Board of Directors.

The Motorrad delegation had a meeting with THACO’s Chairman on business strategy of BMW Motorrad in Vietnam and signed a strategic cooperation with the Vietnamese automaker. THACO leaders also invited the guests to visit the venue where the first-ever BMW Joyfest and BMW Motorrad Day Vietnam were held from 28-30 September 2018. They also had a tour around Sala Urban Area and BMW Motorrad Phu Nhuan Showroom.

The BMW Motorrad Director also had an interview with the Vietnamese press. THACO Chairman Tran Ba Duong said by means of the cooperation between THACO and BMW Motorrad, the two are to bring satisfactory products to Vietnam market as well as the best service value to customers through a well-established showroom system with high-ranking customer services.

Dr. Schramm has served as Director of BMW Motorrad from May 1st 2018. He has been with BMW Group since 1991. Prior to his position as BMW Motorrad director, he had been into multiple roles earlier like product strategy planning, sales, aftersales, planning and controlling.
