  • At Cost Extraordinary Services Extraordinary services are duties or responsibilities of an unusual nature, including termination, but not provided for in the governing documents or otherwise set forth in this schedule.

  • Consumable Stores & Spares : At Cost or Net realisable value, whichever is lower.

  • Out-of-Pocket Expenses: At Cost Reimbursement of expenses associated with the performance of our duties, including but not limited to fees and expenses of legal counsel, accountants and other agents, tax preparation, reporting and filing, publications, and filing fees.

  • At Cost Out-of-pocket expenses such as, but not limited to, postage, courier, overnight mail, insurance, money wire transfer, long distance telephone charges, facsimile, stationery, travel, legal (out-of-pocket to counsel) or accounting, will be billed at cost.

  • Stock of Finished Goods : At Cost or Net realisable value, whichever is lower.
