If you’d like to explore repair options with us for your Mac product please complete our Contact Us form or visit locate.apple.com to schedule an appointment. We accept walk-ins but prefer if you have an appointment. At this time we have limited capacity for any iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, or accessory related Apple repairs.
Some things, like Software or Accidental Damage, aren’t covered by AppleCare, or may have a separate deductible, so check out Apple’s Warranty Page for details about what is and is not covered by Apple. Computers and iOS devices not covered by Apple’s warranty (Limited or AppleCare) are subject to a $99 diagnostic fee, which is waived if the device is repaired by SCOUT.
