What did you do before joining McChrystal Group?
Prior to McChrystal Group I was a Vice President, Client Success for Press Ganey, leading teams in Solution Optimization, Improvement Strategy, Analytics, and Clinical Improvement in support of healthcare clients. I also served as Director in Press Ganey’s Strategic Consulting division. Prior to joining Press Ganey, I worked as an independent consultant focused on safety culture transformation in health care organizations as well as various leader peer learning programs. I served as Director of Commissioning in the National Health Service in London, England and held various performance improvement roles at VHA (now Vizient), an alliance of not for profit health care organizations. Prior to VHA, I was a facility planning consultant with KSA. I started my career as a data analyst at the Joint Center for Radiation Therapy, within the Harvard teaching hospitals.
Why did you join McChrystal Group?
I wanted to work with an incredibly intelligent group of individuals with cross industry experience, all committed to advancing the performance of organizations, their leaders and their workforce.
What sport or hobby do you have outside of work?
I enjoy yoga, hiking, anything related to the water (preferably warm), reading, and cooking. I also enjoy travel especially when it involves cultural immersion.
