‘America’s Got Talent’ Judge Sofia Vergara Gives an Update About Her Future on the Show
For the last three seasons, Sofía Vergara continues enthralling fans as a judge on . But after she was noticeably absent for the premiere season of , some got concerned about her status on the NBC franchise. Luckily, she just delivered a major update about her fate on social media.
The alum recently posted a photo from last season at the judge’s panel, and she revealed that she’s not only coming back for America’s Got Talent season 18, but viewers can now try out for a chance to be part of the show in just a few months.
“So excited for another summer of @AGT! 😍🎉 ,” she wrote on February 20. “Time is running out to audition, sign up now at AGTauditions.com.”
When news of Sofía’s long-awaited return to the competition show began circulating the internet, viewers immediately couldn’t contain their excitement. They rushed over to Instagram to share how thrilled they were to see actress back on their screens very soon.
“So glad you’re coming back! You’ve been missed!” one person wrote in the comments. “Ready for it!!! So much fun watching this program and with you!!❤️❤️🔥,” another person agreed. “So happy [you’re] back 😍😍😍😍😍😍 we love you Sofia❤️❤️❤️,” a different user added.
While it’s only a matter of time before Sofía graces our TVs once again, fans continue to speculate why she didn’t join Heidi Klum, Simon Cowell and Howie Mandel as a judge on America’s Got Talent: All Stars. While she never disclosed her reasons, she did give a sneak peek into what may have contributed to her absence.
She recently shared on Instagram that for her Sofía Jeans by Sofía Vergara clothing line just dropped in U.S. Walmarts stores and online. In other words, she’s all prepared for spring … both in fashion and TV.
