American Horror Story season 12 gets first look at new characters on set
American Horror Story season 12 filming is underway and we have a first look at a new star joining the franchise.
Photos taken on the show’s set in New York City show model and actress Cara Delevingne filming alongside Emma Roberts.
Delevingne’s casting had not been made public, so there’s no details yet on who she’ll be playing. In the photos Delevingne, who most recently starred in the second season of Only Murders In The Building, is dressed in an all black outfit which is accented with red sunglasses, red shoes and red gloves.
She’s also wearing a long brown wig with bangs and carrying a black handbag. Meanwhile, Roberts is dressed in a grey coat and pink wooly hat.

American Horror Story’s latest season is titled Delicate and is based on the upcoming novel Delicate Condition by Danielle Valentine. The novel has been described as: “The feminist update to Rosemary’s Baby we all needed”, if that helps any with the plot.
Earlier this month it was announced that Kim Kardashian will be joining the cast with Ryan Murphy announcing the news in a short promotional video posted to Instagram, which also featured Roberts.
Murphy captioned the video: ‘Emma and Kim are Delicate’.
Meanwhile, Roberts recently teased her role in the upcoming Spider-Man spin-off movie Madame Web.
“What I can tell you is I’m not a superhero. Some people may think she’s a superhero but I don’t have supernatural powers,” she said. “It’s really different from any of the other Marvel movies — it’s super grounded.

“I’m really, really excited for everybody to see it, and by the way, I’m excited to see it, because I only worked like a week on it, so there’s so much that I haven’t seen. I did get to see the storyboards and read the script, and it’s fantastic.”
American Horror Story airs on FX in the US and in the UK, where seasons 1-9 are also available to buy on .
