Sometimes a deal that seems too good to be true is, in fact, true. This is one of those times: During the entire month of April, Amazon is giving away a whopping 15 PC games and tons of free loot to Amazon Prime members. Not a member? Believe it or not, you can still get the goods. Sign up for the free 30-day Prime trial here, and you can take advantage of this free offer. Once the trial is over, you can either subscribe to Amazon Prime for $13 a month (or $119 a year) or just cancel altogether. No hard feelings.

Fans of Twitch might remember all the free games they used to give out. Good news: they still do! It’s just under a different name now: Prime Gaming. Here’s the deal: Every month, Amazon Prime doles out on-the-house video games. Games release on a weekly basis, so you’ll want to check in on the regular — but never fear, because the release schedule is here. This month, they’re releasing a whopping 15 free games — more than ever before!

And even if you cancel the service, you can keep the games in your digital library. It’s an amazing deal!

On top of that, you can get a ton of in-game gear, too (typically for various game systems like PS4, Xbox and PC). In-game currencies, cosmetic bonus packs and much more are all part of the Prime Gaming package. Right now, you can get the skins for Overwatch 2 to make your character stand out; the Prime Gaming Capsule for League of Legends to score loads of different goodies; or cosmetic accoutrements for your avatar in Valorant. There are loads of other bonuses to be found, too.

Scroll for this month’s game giveaways, broken down by release date, which are all available for PC only:

Is there anything more iconic in the world of gaming than blasting Nazis at every turn? We don’t think so, and the first of April’s free games agrees. Wolfenstein: The New Order tells an action-packed story of one man’s vendetta against the Third Reich, but don’t worry: all the gun-upgrading, over-the-top gameplay you expect is still there.

Feel like a nostalgic romp? Ninja Commando is a run-and-gun shooter that just screams early 90s gameplay. Choose from three different characters, each with their own unique set of abilities, and battle your way through waves of foes until you reach the boss at the end of each level. One really interesting part of this game is that you have to input commands like a fighting game in order to use your strongest abilities.

Neo Geo fans should be jumping up and down with joy — there are several entries from the beloved platform in this month’s Prime Games lineup, and Art of Fighting 3 is one of the best. The graphics are stunning (okay, not by today’s standards, but think about what other games looked like in 1996) and there’s an almost completely new cast of characters for players to master.

The Beast Inside is a narrative-driven survival horror game that will absolutely scare your socks off. You’ll have to fight your way through enemies and solve puzzles, all the while fighting off your own sense of terror as the tension builds. It’s a good time, but not one for kids.

This version of the beloved DnD game includes all the DLC and upgraded graphics that make it look a lot better than it did back in 2000. Build a party of up to six heroes and explore the frozen tundra of Icewind Dale and the mysteries it holds.

And here we have yet another Neo Geo arcade game making its way to modern platforms. It really is a great time to be an older gamer, since all of the classics of your childhood are on their way back. Crossed Swords is a story-based RPG with a simple but innovative combat system based on timing. Counter enemy attacks and strike when there’s an opening and you’ll go far. Button mash, and it’s game over.

Ghost Pilots is another classic game, but this time it’s a shoot-em-up. This genre deserves a lot more love than it gets, and Ghost Pilots is a great way to start. You play as one of the aforementioned pilots (you’re not actually a ghost, though) and fight through wave after wave of Axis airships in order to stop the Nazi war machine.

Beholder 2 is a game that takes The Office and combines it with 1984. You’re a member of a totalitarian regime, but you have bigger plans than just living beneath its thumb — you want to rule it. Sneak around, betray your coworkers, and eliminate any obstacle that stands between you and the Prime Minister’s seat.

City builders are always a hit, and for good reason: there’s something incredibly satisfying about watching a city that you’ve planned out come to life before your eyes. Terraformers takes that same concept and puts a spin on it, placing you in charge of a colony on Mars. The planet is procedurally generated, so every playthrough is different, as are the obstacles you encounter. This is one you don’t want to miss.

The Neo Geo was known for a lot of things, but the great pick-up-and-play library might be one of the best. There are so many games on the platform that are ideal for short play sessions, and Metal Slug 4 is definitely on that list. This fast-paced shooter will test your reflexes and keep you on your toes, but it’s a ton of fun with beautiful sprites.

Fighting games are in a category all of their own. Even if you don’t know much about video games, there’s something approachable in them. Easy to learn, hard to master, so to speak. That’s what Ninja Master’s is like. It’s a fighting game that was originally released on the Neo Geo, and it’s entire title is Ninja Master’s Scrolls of the Supreme Ninja Arts. One unique feature of this game is that it lets you swap between using a weapon or fighting hand-to-hand mid-battle.

All the games on the list have so far been faster-paced titles, but if you want a calming experience, Looking for Aliens has you covered. This is a found-object game that puts you in the shoes of an alien attempting to prove the existence of alien life on earth. Yes, you read that correctly. It’s a quirky, funny game that’s great for relaxing with at the end of a long day.

Grime is a game that takes the idea of roguelike and turns it on its head. With each enemy you defeat, you grow stronger — provided you absorb your fallen foe. Enemies are typically a lot larger than you, and you can use their defeated corpses to power your weapon and strengthen it for future encounters.

Strategy game fans should get excited, because Sengoku is a title that will demand every bit of your experience. More than a game about controlling troops, you will need to charm your way through interactions with neighboring families, other factions, and more as you seek to unite Japan under a single rule. The game features detailed, historically-accurate maps from the era, and even allows you to hire ninja when soldiers alone are not enough.

The final Prime Gaming freebie for this month is the much-lauded Magician Lord. The game was praised in its heyday for the colorful graphics, but be warned: it is tough. Critics actually fell on two sides of the aisle when it came to the brutal difficulty, but it’s a lot of fun. The main character takes on different forms, including that of a dragon, to traverse a series of scrolling levels. Good luck, and enjoy the romp down memory lane.
