Have been an Ali Express user over the years. Really like the site , product display, innovation and upkeep of product portfolio.
My only and very serious issues have been in receiving all I order. Almost 30% to 40% items face delays, get untraceable and lost in the system. I keep a vigorous follow up at Ali Express site trying to track goods which takes the fun out of shopping more. One remains apprehensive which is not desirable. Ali Express needs to do something to improve percentage of delivered items. At this, my home address besides myself, two daughters, Saima Khurshid and Asra Khurshid also order snd they too lose out on many packets not received. They both even do not find time to report non receipts so have to per force pay.
I also try to seek tracking help using TRACK17 but only very few consignments are such that one can trace down bags in which a packet arrives in the post office and one can then actively pursue the postman to deliver it.
Post office here must obtain signoff from all that order goods so that there is no ambiguity and Ali Express has more realistic data of packets lost.
Even now I have 100 of USD worth of goods on order and am hoping I get them.
