How To Get The Most from Áhsi’ Day Spa

We want your spa visit to be an awakening experience. Please arrive no earlier than 1 hour to check in and change prior to your appointment. Services for those who arrive late will still end at the scheduled time. With any 50 minute spa service, you will have complimentary access to our spa facility. Our locker room facilities include sauna, steam room and whirlpool. We also invite you to enjoy use of the hotel pool and The Tower Fitness Club on the day of your service. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to use these facilities.

Appointments and Information

Appointments may be scheduled at the Spa Desk between the hours of 10:00am – 6:00pm daily, or by calling 315.361.8200, or by booking online. To ensure availability of your preferred service and time, please call our Áhsi’ Day Spa reservations staff as far in advance as possible.

Our Hours

Spa Tours

In order to ensure privacy and a restful atmosphere for our guests, tours of private spa areas are not given during operating hours. Special tours of these facilities can be arranged by appointment, before or after hours. Tours can be arranged through the Áhsi’ Day Spa Manager.

To Reschedule or Cancel

We request notification eight hours before the appointment to cancel or reschedule. The full value of the service will be charged if rescheduling or cancellations are made less than eight hours before the appointment. No-show appointments will be charged the full value of the service.

Gratuities

An 18% gratuity is automatically calculated for your convenience. If you would like to amend this amount, please notify the spa receptionist and your bill will be adjusted accordingly.

Medical and Well-Being

Please inform us of any medical or special needs that require our attention. For your safety and well-being we highly discourage alcohol consumption prior to spa treatments, immediate sun exposure following skincare therapy and shaving before exfoliating treatments.

Valuables

Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the spa. In-room safes and safety deposit boxes are available. Unfortunately, we are not able to take responsibility for valuables that are lost or left at the spa.

Spa Attire

Complimentary use of Áhsi’ Day Spa robes, sandals and lockers is provided for all spa treatment guests. Most of our guests prefer to fully undress for treatments, as our staff is professionally trained in proper draping designed to ensure modesty and comfort throughout the service. If you are more comfortable, however, you may wear undergarments for your treatment.

Spa Enhancement

Please communicate with your therapist regarding room temperature, music selection, pressure and technique to ensure your overall comfort.

We also invite you to discuss any preferences or special needs with our spa staff prior to your visit. This will help us better prepare to meet your needs and make your spa experience exceptional.

Considerations

To preserve our tranquil environment, we are a cell phone, alcohol and smoke-free environment.
