The northern terminal is Wilson Station and the southern terminal is Exhibition (Princes’ Gate) for its one branch, 929. This route operates during the daytime and early evenings on weekdays, and during the daytime on weekends and Holidays.

History

October 7, 2018 – Route introduced as part of the TTC’s express network and provides express service along local route 29 Dufferin .
November 2018 – New express stops added at Castlefield Avenue, Sylvan Avenue, and Liberty Street.
January 2020 – New express stop added at Glencairn Avenue.
March 23, 2020 – Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the re-allocation of service to busier routes, service is suspended until further notice.
November 23, 2020 – Due to increased ridership, service on this route is restored.
January 3, 2021 – All service is temporarily extended to Princes’ Gate Loop due to service changes from the King-Queen-Queensway-Roncesvalles (KQQR) construction causing increased traffic within the loop at Dufferin Gates.
September 7, 2021 – As part of the 2021 Annual Service Plan, new Saturday daytime service is introduced.
October 10, 2021 – Service periods further expanded with the introduction of Sunday daytime service.
November 21, 2021 – Due to a shortage of operators, all weekend service is suspended until further notice.
May 8, 2022 – All weekend service is restored.
September 4, 2022 – The southern terminus is shifted back to Dufferin Gate Loop.
